Fees and Registrations:

• To register for the conference, please use our Online Registration Form.
• Participation in the 5th IAM Conference can only be made through our WebPage, filling out the Online Registration Form and covering the complete amount.
• Direct registrations at the hotel or through the hotel will not be admitted.
• Registrations can only be made until September 15th, 2007.
• Conference registration fee includes:
1. Full IAM membership for one year.
2. Participation on the plenary sessions
3. Participation on paper presentations
4. Three nights accommodation at the Oasis Hamaca Hotel (Wed 5, Thu 6, Fri 7, Checkout Sat 8, 1:00 PM)

• Conference/Programme fees per person are the following:
1. US$1,200 Standard Single Room
2. US$950 Double Room
3. US$50 Dominican Dinner
4. US$600 Doctoral Consortium (previously approved by the IAM Board)
• Conference fee does not include the following:
  1. Transportation from and to the airport
  2. Traditional Dinner
